BIBLE STUDY

NEW GENEOLOGY CLUB
2nd and 4th Mondays, 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Rob DiPardo, Carlsberg resident, is very experienced in this field and is willing to share his expertise via this club. If you have every wondered about “Where did you come from?” “Who’s your “Great-Great-Grandaddy?” or “Do you have any famous relatives?” be sure to come and explore the offerings of this group and perhaps learn some exciting things about your family. An offering of many free resources will be shared during the meetings.

CLEO's

will meet at the clubhouse to form carpools to drive to the restaurants. On Thursday, April 2nd CLEO’S will go to Langs Taste of Florida Café, 5900 US Hwy 17 92 W, Haines City, Lin Horosky, Hostess. On the 16th ladies will dine at The Scenic Lagoon in Frostproof; Suzette Waggoner, Hostess. Location and contact info posted on the bulletin board in the clubhouse. We will be publishing a new directory and all residents are invited and requested to make an appointment to have your photo taken. Everyone who makes an appointment and has their picture taken will receive a free picture as well as a directory. The dates and contacts are:

CARLSBERG MIXED LEAGUE
Wednesdays, 7:28 am
Open to all skill levels, men and women, this league plays every Wednesday morning at River Greens Golf Course in Avon Park. Carpooling is common. Costs include green fees and an optional $5 for closest to the pin and low net scores—pay only if you play. After golf, participants often gather in the clubhouse for drinks, lunch, and prize distribution. LADIES GOLF LEAGUE
Mondays, 9:00 am
Ladies play Monday mornings at Lake Bess Golf Course at 9:00 and then head to lunch or just brunch f the weather is bad. Play starts October 6th. Contact Ann Hoffman @ 863-450-9882.

CARLSBERG COUPLES LEAGUE
Alternate Saturday's, 8:30 am
Another fun league playing with your spouse or significant other (or someone else’s) with some regular golf rules and sometimes special events. We play 9 holes on alternate Saturdays at Lake Bess. Cost is green fees plus $.50 for closest to the pin. Then we go to Hurricane’s or Beef O’Brady’s for lunch. First tee time is 9:00. Contact: Dick Hoffman for details at 863-450-8545.
