RAC EVENTS



The following events are sponsored by the Residents Activity Club (R.A.C*).


Tickets for RAC events may be purchased from these following designated

 ticket sellers at Tasty Tuesday every Tuesday morning:

  • Admission tickets to our events MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE of the event. Information for all of our new neighbors, and a reminder to all of our old neighbors - all RAC events are by ticket only. Tickets must be purchased in advance of each event.


  • If the ticket says the event will start at 6:00 PM, please be punctual - because IT WILL start at 6:00 PM.


  • There will no longer be food take outs.  However, if you have purchased a ticket and then cannot attend, you may send someone to get your food to go. Some events may have a cutoff date for ticket sales, so try to purchase them as quickly as possible.

BUNCO

Saturday, April 11,  6:30 pm

A fun dice game that all can enjoy,. Don’t know how to play, no worries, be happy! It takes only a minute to learn how. If you can roll the dice, you can play!! Suzette Waggoner is the Chair.


GUYS ON THE GRIDDLE

Tuesday, April 14, 9:00 am

Guys are once again planning to prepare a great breakfast on Tuesday, April 14th at 9:00 am. Tickets are $7 and available from our ticket sellers.


EASTER BRUNCH

Saturday, April 4,11:00 am

This is a planned brunch. RAC supplies the meat and Volunteers sign up to make various dishes to eat. Save your receipts to be reimbursed if you so desire. The sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board. Tickets are $12. This is a lovely event and well presented. Elaine King and Melba Fanetti are Chairs for this event. 


BINGO

Tuesday, April 28, 6pm.

Cards are 25cents each. Come on down, bring your own snacks.


CHINESE DINNER/AUCTION

Saturday, April 25, 5:30 pm

 Chinese dinner, and auction after dinner. Anyone who would like to donate new, “like new” or good condition items for the auction may do so and bring them to Rosemary Silagy, 508 LSD. Chairs: Rosemary Silagy and Melba Fanetti.

MIRACLE CLOTHS - $3.00

They really do work!

Miracle Cloths can be purchased from Sue Dean for $3.00 each. They can be purchased every Tuesday at Tasty Tuesday or contact Sue Dean at 676-9193. Proceeds benefit RAC.

RAC COLLECTS THE FOLLOWING:


RAC will be collecting can tabs, and education labels only.


Pop tabs—Place in glass jar on front table at Clubhouse. Tabs go to the VFW who passes on the money they get to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation. Drop off at the Clubhouse.


Box Tops & Labels for Education (with bar code) - Continue to place in plastic container on the front table at the

Clubhouse. These go to the Janie Howard Wilson School on SR 17.
