Located on quiet Lake Suzanne in Lake Wales, Florida, Carlsberg Estates is one of central Florida's best kept secrets. Lake Wales is located in Polk County, at the highest elevation in the Florida peninsula, with rolling hills and numerous clear lakes within the surrounding valleys and sits at the geographic center of the state.

55+ senior community is a deed-restricted development with a modern Clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and a gazebo deck overlooking the lake. We are close to Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Orlando, plus a short drive to many golf courses, beautiful beaches on each coast, hospitals, airports and shopping. We are also a short ride to Interstates 4, 75, 95, & 275.
