2nd Annual Veterans Day Parade. Please decorate your bikes, golf carts, wagons, vintage cars, scooters and your tennis shoes.  Proudly wear your service members colors and/or your favorite red, white and blue attire. Everyone is welcome to participate in the parade. You do not have to be a veteran (signup sheet on bulletin board). If you choose not to join us, please sit out in your driveways and cheer us on as the parade passes by.  We will leave the clubhouse at 4:00 and will pass by every house in the Carlsberg community. After the parade has passed by, you will have time to gather your favorite dish to share and meet at the club house for our potluck. Dinner will start at 5:30.

We are going to be treated to patriotic music by "The Ashtones ", a barbershop quartet, from our neighbors at Lake Ashton.

Leading this year's parade will be our Grand Marshall, Mr. Jerry Burgess.  Jerry is a 30-year retired Army veteran.  Not only a veteran, Jerry Burgess is the person who started our" flags on every mailbox " program. We thank you Jerry for your service and your continued dedication to this country and our community.
