As described in Carlsberg's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and/or the ARC Guidelines, the home owner is required to submit an application form to the ARC and receive written approval of plans BEFORE making any changes to the outside their home as described in Article XI, Section 1.
For example - an ARC request must be submitted and approved before you trim or remove a tree , plant new bushes in a new area, paint the outside of your house, etc.
Please do not do the work then submit an ARC request form "after the fact." You could be asked to undo the work for not following the procedure in effect.
After an ARC approval on your request is received, you will get a signed, yellow copy of the approval.
The yellow copy of the approval MUST BE posted on the inside of a street facing window of the home before approved modifications start and must remain posted for the duration of the project.
It's the responsibility of the home owner to comply with all requirements of these Guidelines, and the Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions in effect at the time of submission.
ARC meetings are held twice a month in the Clubhouse.
Check CE Calendar of Events for dates, and time. Applications in for approval will be discussed at the meetings.
ARC Meetings are open to all residents to attend.
ARC Application Form is available in the Clubhouse, above, and under Forms on this website.
After an ARC approval you will receive a yellow copy of the approval.
The yellow copy of the approval MUST BE posted on the inside of the street facing window of the home before approved modifications start and must remain posted for the duration of the project.
